We represent debtors and creditors in a wide range of financially related legal matters all across Alabama. Specifically, we handle Chapters 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, workouts, loan modifications, and many other financial problem areas. Our main focus is achieving the best possible result for each of our clients. We recognize that no two clients are alike. Because of our extensive experience and knowledge we are able to assess each client’s needs and tailor a course of action to give our clients the best possible chance of achieving their desired outcome.
We are very proud of the care and dedication that our staff has extended to our clients for many years. Jan Craft has worked in the bankruptcy field for almost 30 years. For the last 22 years, she has been Andrè’s legal assistant. Also, Kelly Rutledge has been a legal assistant in our office for over 15 years. The experience and consistency that our staff brings has allowed our firm to be successful and highly efficient over the years.
Andrè Toffel has been practicing law since 1981, and has been practicing almost exclusively in the financial problem areas since 1985. Andrè also serves as a trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Andrè’s expertise in the field of bankruptcy is exhibited by the many speaking engagements that are often requested of him for seminars and Continuing Legal Education classes.
Our firm has had the pleasure of representing a diverse group of clients from all professions and walks of life. However, a significant portion of our business comes from attorney referrals. We believe that it is the highest honor for so many attorneys to trust us with their own clients.
